Don't be fooled by the lot or the office, this is a great business and Ashkan will treat you very fairly! I wish all car deals were like this, it's been over a month, very pleased with our purchase and everything (paperwork) was handled without a hitch!

They're TRULY family owned and operated which explains the reason the atmosphere was more comforting than other car dealerships we visited. The initial dealer that I called was very responsive! He called and emailed me back timely, addressing all my questions and worked with my budget! I love my new used car and will be recommending my friends and family to do business with Atx Auto! We were finally able to drop the clunker for a nice luxury car at a great price! I don't know why anyone goes anywhere else, this place is great!
My experience was smooth from start to finish. I can always appreciate services that are upfront and honest about cost, timing, etc. Atx Auto Shop did exactly that. My car needed a new hood due to an accident. They replaced the hood and blended the color very nicely. I would recommend this shop and come back for future needs.

This dealership was PHENOMENAL!!! As a first time car buyer, I felt no pressure, and it was very fast. We were in and out, and purchased an electric car. The staff were very kind but still professional, and helped explain anything I didn't understand. It was very cool inside as the showroom was indoors, which was so nice in the Texas heat. The pricing was reasonable, fair, had no extra extreme ad ons, and everything was laid out very clearly. 10/10 would definitely recommend to other people looking to purchase a car with no hassle.

This review is for the selling process for Atx Auto. The process was so easy and smooth and we received our money quickly. After selling my husband's vehicle through Atx Auto, I wrongly assumed other similar Dealer's would be the same. However, when it came time to sell our other vehicle and the offer was slightly higher with other dealers in town , I tried Shift instead. Terrible decision. When we met with Shift they tried to shaft me out of 3k from the original offer for scratches that they could not even point out to me. I needed to sell my car quickly but fortunately Atx Auto came out the next day and it went so much faster with NO haggling . the agent was very professional. Highly recommend them.

Love these guys! When you bring your car into places it usually feels like dropping it off in a black box - no idea what they're doing, whether they're charging you honestly, etc. I always get a family vibe in atx auto, they've even come in under estimate for me before. Who does that!? Recently needed work done and I bought the part but couldn't afford to get the work done for 6 months. When I finally got it done, they were nice enough to grandfather me into their old rates and save me some $. I don't plan on going anywhere else.
I would recommend Atx Auto to anyone that is looking to get a nice pretty much new used car. If you have not real good credit go talk to these folks, where other people turn me down they put me in the car that I wanted I have no complaints I'm extremely extremely happy and I would recommend this to anybody don't waste your time with the other folks don't waste your time with nickel pickle whatever deals you know what I'm saying that's my own personal opinion.
